Hardware Programming

Digital Transformation basically mean that almost all of the business are getting online, capture of remote data from sensors, from unmanned equipment, from moving devices.

Unmanned equiment

IoT / M2M equipment are fast becoming a part of a normal corporate IT environment – data from transformers, water levels, alarms, remote meter readings etc…

We have the needed expertise inhouse to develop the needed haedware, programming and integration with the needed connectivity across Internet, Mobile. Lora or Satellite. We perform especially hardware development using ESP32 boards that is very inexpensive and offer almost any needed functionality.

Transformer stations

Monitor currency, voltage, temperatures and alarm directly on a remote transformer station. Capture data through MQTT, distribute data through our MQTT gateway to presentation display, collect data into Elasticsearch, generate reports, alarm notifications…

Transmission can be based on our mini modules that communicate in a mesh network with encryption, with range over 2 km between modules and ability to operate on batteries between 2-5 years.

 

Build supervision screens, tablet interfaces and similar that give a complete overview over remote sensors or let us integrate your data into standard platforms.

Water levels / pumps

Manage, monitor, collect sensor values across water levels, pumps and a highly optimized way. Connect acrossmobile networks and with satellite as backup. Gather many data across a large area using dedicated mesh longrange technologies.

Manage connectivity from a centralized solution, manage remote M2M devices with remote software upgrades, remote configuration all implemented in a highly secure setup.

ESP32 Board - a winner

ESP32 is one of the most IoT modules on the market today, it is having a lot of integrated functionality herunder wifi and MQTT – a lot of ports for input and output. It is extrem low in price and can be highly recommended for any type of control hardware job.’

MQTT for M2M

Connecting remote hardware in a smart way can be done with our MQTT gateway that act as a smart post office – handle secure communication with the remote hardware devices and capture example sensor data – data then can be distributed to tablets, to wall displays or to any of the many standard MQTT solutions like Thingsboard (ThingsBoard – Open-source IoT Platform).

Visual Studio

We are using Visual Studio to perform development on hardware devices, it is a developer environment that direct integrate with Git allowing multiple developers to be coding on the same project.

Debug code right from the editor. Launch or attach to your running apps and debug with break points, call stacks, and an interactive console.

 

Remote meter reading

ESP32 cam module is only a few USD (150TH) and offer MQTT management and allow OCR of car license plates, meter readings.

We have developed a simple camera module that contain MQTT control for remote meter reading that allow data collection of meter data across wifi connectivity – data will be uploaded as an image to our gateway that then will convert the meter data to raw number data using OCR technology from Google.

This is just an example on building own remote sensors modules.

Long range mesh device

These mini module arelong range 2-5km mesh devices that can use each other for communication path, all communication is encrypted to bring security and a module can operate on a single battery for 3-5 years.

Mobules can be custimized to suit any IoT solution and can communicate through our IoT gateway that communicate over MQTT.
